- All purpose flour
- 1 Cup
- Sugar
- 1 Tablespoon
- Yeast
- 2 Tablespoon
- Powdered milk
- 1 Teaspoon
- Cinnamon Powder
Puff puff is an African street food that is enjoyed by everyone irrespective of ethnicity or age bracket. This is why it can be spiced aside packaged as chops.
It can be served with some condensed milk drizzled on it and powdered milk poured all over it. This gives the puff puff ball that Turkish feeling 😊
- Add water gradually and combine together, work with your hands clean or any tool you find comfortable to work with
- Combine until all lumps are dissolved, the batter should not be too runny
- Cover and allow to double in size for 30-45 minutes
- 5 minutes before the batter get ready, place pot with oil on fire,Deflate the batter once ready and scoop batter with finger tip and drop into oil and fry. After frying place on strainer to get rid of oil. Share into small plates,drizzle some condensed milk on it and sprinkle lots of powdered milk on it, repeat this twice or once and enjoy 😍
