This is a very delicious creamy, vegetable beef sauce. This sauce can literally be made in 15 minutes.
- in a pan or pot go in with some vegetable oil
- add some blended peppers, onions and garlic paste, stir for 1 minute on medium heat
- add your shredded beed and stir, add seasoning , stir and cover to cook for 8-10 minutes till the beef releases its own liquid
- this is how the beef should look like after it is ready
- then go I with your vegetables
- add your cooking cream
- stir in the cover to come to a simmer o low heat
- your sauce is ready
- serve with rice or mashed potatoes
