- COOKING CREAM
- 1 Kg
- chicken thigh/breast
- 1 Pint
- Butter
- 1 Tablespoon
- Seasoning
- 1 Tablespoon
- CHILLI
- 1 Cooking spoon
- onions and blended pepper
- 1 Tablespoon
- Garlic
This is a very easy and creamy sauce you can pair up with any pasta , rice of choice and even naan bread.
- season your soft chicken preferably chicken thighs or breasts with some seasoning cubes, garlic powder and some chilli peppers.
- Melt some butter in a pan
- Then go in with your marinated chicken and cook
- flip the chicken continuously so that each side of the chicken will cook properly
- When the chicken is properly cooked, take it out of the pan
- Then go in with some chopped onions, you can also blend the onions if you don't like seeing onions,
- Then add some onions and some blended fresh peppers , the pepper is for Nigerian taste buds of course you can skip it.
- Stir fry this for 1 minute then go in with your cooking cream.
- Now stir in very well then I added 1 slice of cheese strip you can add more cheese and you can also skip it , it is also very preferable if you use cheese blocks.
- Stir the cream and cheese until it starts becoming thick this will take 2 -3 minutes.
- Then go in with some more seasoning and chilli pepper , stir in
- Then add your chicken into the sauce and mix everything to combine.
- I added some carrots, I do not like vegetables in this sauce, but you can as many vegetables as you want and allow it to cook for 2-3 minutes and your sauce is ready!
- serve with any rice or pasta .
