- Green cabbage
- 1 Cup
- Purple cabbage
- 1 Small
- Onions (optional)
- 1 Cup
- Mayonnaise
- 1 Teaspoon
- Sugar (optional)
- 1 Teaspoon
- Vinegar
- Slice your cabbage thinly, grate your carrots and measure all your ingredients down
- Put the sliced cabbage, grated carrot and onions in a bowl.
- Then add in your mayonnaise, sugar, vinegar and mix everything till well combined
- Your coleslaw is ready!! You can eat it immediately but it's best served cold. Allow it to chill in the refrigerator for atleast 30 minutes
