COCONUT MILK NOODLES

This a great recipe to step away from the regular noodles preparation using coconut milk. You should try it out, ts creamy and very delicious.

  1. In pot melt some butter.

  2. Add some chopped onions and sorte for 1 minute

  3. Cut your chicken breasts into small chunks and add into the pot. Stir fry till it's nice and brown, this takes 8 minutes.

  4. Add some blended Peppers and give that a good mix .

  5. Go in with your coconut milk and then add a little water, add the noodle seasonings stir.

  6. Go in with your noodle and cover to cook.

  7. Allow to cook till the noodles is soft and dry.
