This a great recipe to step away from the regular noodles preparation using coconut milk. You should try it out, ts creamy and very delicious.
- In pot melt some butter.
- Add some chopped onions and sorte for 1 minute
- Cut your chicken breasts into small chunks and add into the pot. Stir fry till it's nice and brown, this takes 8 minutes.
- Add some blended Peppers and give that a good mix .
- Go in with your coconut milk and then add a little water, add the noodle seasonings stir.
- Go in with your noodle and cover to cook.
- Allow to cook till the noodles is soft and dry.
- Serve and enjoy!
