- beans flour or washed beans
- 1 Cooking spoon
- onions, pepper, seasoning, crayfish
- 1 Cup
- Coconut milk
- 1 Liter
- Vegetable oil
This is a new akara recipe I tried recently and it is sooo yummy and the flavour I top notch . Akara is also called be a cakes.
- introduce your washed beans or beans flour into the blender
- add coconut milk not too much so our akara is to too runny
- blend into a very smooth paste it is going to give a very creamy texture
- add blended peppers and onions with crayfish powder
- add seasoning and salt
- whisk very well to give a smooth consistency
- add oil in pan and fry
- fry till golden brown
- serve and enjoy
