Coconut chips

This is a nice snack made by toasting the coconut either in a pan, dehydrator, oven or microwave. It is very easy to make

  1. Crack the coconut and remove the shell from the flesh
  2. Wash the coconut flesh very well and put it in a blender and blend roughly
  3. Put a pan on fire and add in the grated coconut
  4. Continually stir this for 8 - 10 minutes
  5. Add in some sugar and stir till the sugar caramelized
