Banana Bread Each moist and fluffy muffin is a masterpiece, blending the rich, sweet essence of ripe bananas with the comforting warmth of carefully selected ingredients
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C). Line a nine inch bread pan with baking paper.
- In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas with a fork.
- Pour the vegetable oil in a bowl and add it to the mashed bananas
- Stir to combine. Add the baking soda and pinch of salt to the banana mixture and mix well.
- Stir in the sugar, beaten egg, and banana flavour until the ingredients are well combined.
- Sift the flour into the mixture and fold it in gently until just combined. and nutmeg at this stage.
- Spoon the batter into the prepared bread baking pan. Sprinkle the Chocolate Chips on the batter.
- Bake in the preheated oven for approximately 18-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean or with a few moist crumbs.
