Chicken vegetable sauce is a very healthy sauce which can be eaten with white rice, spaghetti or even alone, it contains nutrients which the body needs and it’s easy to prepare.
- 1. Combine spice powders. set aside.
- 2. Dissolve 5 tablespoon of cornstarch in 4 cups of water. Set aside.
- 3. Get your grilled or fried chicken. Set aside.
- 4. Place a large pan on high heat. Heat up oil.
- 5. Add in chopped onions. Stir.
- 6. Add in vegetables, potatoes and spice mix. Season with salt and maggi. Stir to combine.
- 7. Stir in cornstarch mixture. Cover and leave to simmer for 5 minutes.
- 8. Sauce is ready. Serve over some rice.
