Chicken stew

Chicken stew,but made with just tin tomato paste.

  1. Wash your chicken and put in a pot,add in your pepper mix(, pepper,onions and garlic)

  2. Add in salt, stock cube,curry,dried basil. Mix together and allow to steam for 10 minutes

  3. Once done,set aside

  4. Heat up palm oil

  5. Add in onions and fry untill soft

  6. Add your chicken and let it fry for 6 minutes,while stirring occasionally

  7. Add your tin tomato paste and stir,

  8. Add in water and boil for 3 minutes

  9. Add in curry, stock cube,salt,dried basil,bay leaves

  10. Cook untill it's ready, serve and enjoy with any carb of your choice
