Shawarma is a ready to go snack that is enjoyed by both young and adult at anytime of the day….highly nutritious and delicious
- Prepare your ingredients all together and set aside. Start by mixing together the dry ingredients and set aside..... Get your tortillas ready, shred your vegetables and grill or fry your chicken as the case maybe
- Fry your sausage
- Mix your cabbage and carrots together ......add your mayo and ketchup mix till combined and also add your spices (optional)
- Place your tortilla down....add your veggies in the middle, add chicken and place your sausage inside..and wrap it .....i seal mine with honey
- Place on the grill to heat up when you have secured the tip with honey....you can wrap in foil before you grill or you grill and wrap in foil or oil proof paper.....and enjoy
