Mix the flour and butter in a bowl thourougly untill its crumby.
Add milk and knead the dough until smooth.
Cover and keep aside.
Place a pan on heat and add oil.
When the oil is hot, add the chopped onions and the minced chicken.
Fry untill water begins to come out of the chicken.
Now add all your spices and seasoning. Let it cook for 5mins.
Next add water, then the chopped potatoes. Let it cook for another 5 to 7mins.
Now add your carrots and low the flame. Let it steam.
Mix the cornflour with a little water to form a paste.
Add the paste to the fillings and let it cook for 2mins. Filling is ready.
Next knead the dough and cut in circles.
Place the fillings and use another to cover. Repeat untill dough is finished.
Pre heat your oven. Apply butter to a baking pan to grease it.
Now place the chicken pies on the pan and brush egg whites on it.
Bake on medium heat for 10mins. Or untill they turn brown.
Chicken pies are ready.
