Chicken pepper soup with unripe plantain.

Chicken pepper soup with unripe plantain is a Nigerian delicious delicacy with alot of health benefits.

  1. Wash the fresh chicken and cut into desire sizes.
  2. Put all in a clean pot and placed on fire.
  3. Add maggi and salt to taste.
  4. Allow to simmer for 15minutes without adding water.
  5. Peel unripe plantain and wash,and cut into pieces and add to the boil chicken.
  6. Add 2glass cup of water and allow to boil for another 20minute.
  7. Add grounded fresh pepper and onions and allow to boil for 5minute.
  8. Add shredded scent leave, powdered nutmeg simmer for 5 minute.
  9. Check for taste and add maggi cube if needed. Your chicken peppersoup with unripe plantain is ready for consumption..
