- COOKING CREAM
- 1 Ounce
- Butter
- 1 Kg
- Chicken
- 1 Cooking spoon
- onions/pepper
- 1 Tablespoon
- Seasoning
- 2 Tablespoon
- Black pepper
- 1 Tablespoon
- Garlic
This is an Italian pasta dish made with cooking cream and tossed tin butter and juicy pan fried chicken.
- Season your chicken breasts with some seasoning cubes, cayenne pepper and some garlic powder
- Add some vegetable oil to lock uptake moisture and mix everything till the chicken is well seasoned
- Add some vegetable oil in a pan and pan fry your chicken
- Pan fry till it is nice and brown on both sides.
- In another pan melt some butter then go in with some chopped onions (optional)
- Add some blended peppers (optional) and stir fry till it is fragrant.
- Go in with some cooking cream
- Taste and add more seasoning if you have to
- Stir and allow the cream come to simmer
- Go in with your pasta cooked al dente
- Mix the pasta into the cream
- Add some pasta water and some marinade from the chicken.
- Garnish with extra chilli pepper and fresh parsley
- Place your pan fried chicken on the pasta and your pasta is ready to enjoy.
