- Add properly cleaned catfish in a pot
- Add in some roughly blended peppers/onions
- Add some seasoning
- Add some salt
- Add some ground calabash nutmeg
- Add some ground uziza seeds
- Add some pepper soup spice
- Add some crayfish powder
- Add some water
- Add carbs or tubers of choice
- Cover to cook till tender and ready
