Cabbage pie

Very tasty and delicious

  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degree
  2. In a large pot, saute onion and garlic in butter until translucent. Add cabbage and continue to saute for 15_20min until softened then add mashed potatoes
  3. Conbined flour, baking powder and salt in a large bowl. Add milk, heavy cream and egg. Mix until smooth to form a dough
  4. Grease a baking pan with butter and sprinkle flour on it
  5. Cut out small of the flour mixture on a working surface and roll it out then pour the cabbage mixture in the center then cut the two slice of the dough to form a stripe then pour the sauce in the center and cover with the stripe dough to form a breading
  6. Bake for 45min or until golden brown
