Cut the bush meat, rinse and place in a clean pot. season with salt, knorr cubes. Add the diced onions, blended fresh pepper. Leave to boil for about 20 minutes depending on how tender you want the meat to be.
Once the meat is almost done, add the kpanla fish and cook for 5 minutes
Add the blended ogbono seeds and add it to the boiling meat, add water to get your desirable quantity. Add seasonings cubes,salt and pepper to taste. Add palm oil to the boiling stock and to cook for 10 minutes
After 10 minutes add in the blended crayfish to cook for 5 minutes. Turn down the heat then add the sliced vegetable leaves. Allow to simmer for 3 minutes
