An easy & delicious snack

  1. Sieve the flour, salt, baking powder and add in the cold margarine and mix together
  2. In another bowl, pour in your milk and add the sugar. Mix everything together
  3. Add the wet ingredients to the dry and mix till a dough is formed. You can add little water if the milk ain't enough
  4. Wrap it up and chill in the fridge for 30 minutes
  5. Get our a pot and oil enough for deep frying. Shapen your dough while the oil is heating up
  6. Allow it to warm up (not too hot) then add in your circle shaped dough
  7. Fry till all the sides are golden brown
  8. Enjoy with a cup of tea or coffee
