Buka stew is a popular Nigerian stew that is present in every Nigerian home. It is simple, versatile, delicious and easy to make. It is made with assorted meat, cooked in tomato base (Nigerian pepper mix) and palm oil
- blend one chilli, bell peppers, onions, fresh tomatoes and garlic in a blender
- this is the consistency you need for your pepper, not so
- cook your protein add some onions. peppers
- seasoning,curry,garlic, nutmeg, paprika etc.
- add some water stir and allow to cook
- Bleach your palm oil for 3-5 minute, then introduce into a pot
- add some chopped onion, and seasoning
- go in with your blended pepper
- stir the allow to cook for 15 minutes, do to close the pot
