Bread crumbs egg rolls

Nigerian egg rolls are a delicious snack enjoyed anyday anytime in Nigeria.

  1. In a plate or bowl add in 1cup flour,1/4 cup sugar 50g butter, 1teaspoon nutmeg ,1/2teaspoon baking powder, 1 teaspoon vanilla powder and water(1/4cup). Mix with hands in a thick stick paste..

  2. Boil four eggs allow to cool

  3. Deshell eggs and picking one at a time ,cover with stick dough to form a ball,repeat process for remaining three eggs

  4. roll each eggs in bread crumbs after making a dough ball

  5. Repeat process till all eggdough balls are coated in bread crumbs

  6. Set a pan of oil on medium for 2minutes.heat (deep frying method).

  7. Place egg rolls one by one , as much as your pan can take.
