- Vegetable oil
- 1. Boil potatoes with salt.boil for 10mins and bring down.
- 2. Break eggs in a plate.whisk and add salt.
- 3. Slice onion,tomatoes and pepper.
- 4. Place a dry pan on fire,heat up add groundnut once it hot add onion,pepper,curry and tomatoes.
- 5. Fry for 3mins and pour in the egg.
- 6. Stir and fry and put off the heat once done. Breakfast is ready!
