- Wash the ripe plantain, cut out the peels and cut into cubes,halves,cut to your desired size,put in a pot,add a pinch of salt,add water and put on the fire, cook for 15mins, while it's boiling cut your onions,Green pea,green pepper,Carrot into slices not not cubes,and set aside,pound your Fresh pepper and set aside,break the egg in a bowl, once the plantain is cooked sieve out the water and set aside, now place your frying pan, add 2spoons of butter, add 3spoons of soybeans oil,let's it heat for 3seconds,add in your sliced onions. While stirring add all the cutted veggies, add a pinch of salt,1 knoorMaggi,stir for 3mins,add your egg ,leave it to fry for 58seconds, turn it all together,then it's ready bring it down,and serve.
