BOILED EGGS WITH JOLLOF SPAGHETTI
  1. Blend the fresh pepper, and onions together until roughly smooth. Slice one medium onion and set aside
  2. Parboiled the spaghetti and eggs together after 12 minutes remove the eggs from the spaghetti and allow the spaghetti to boil for 15 minutes. After 15 minutes, drained the spaghetti into a sieve.
  3. Return the pot to the fire on a medium heat. Once the pot is dried pour in your groundnut oil after 2 minutes pour in your blended pepper/ onions mixed and the sliced onions to the hot oil and stir for 3 minutes before adding two sachet tomatoes to the mix. Stir for 10 minutes until the tomatoes is no longer tasting sour.
  4. Add in your seasonings ( knorr cubes, curry powder, thyme, salt and soy sauce) stir for 5 minutes before adding your desired quantity of water and cover to steam for extra 5 minutes. After 5 minutes transfer the spaghetti to the sauce and stir to mix very well. Cover for 10 minutes after 10 minutes the spaghetti is ready to be served with the boiled eggs
