Bitter leaf soup

Bitter leaf soup is delicious and healthy… it is eaten wit fufu….it has a slightly bitter taste.

  1. Prepare your ingredients and set aside
  2. Wash your assorted meats, stock fish, kpomo , spice and cook till done
  3. Once done, pour enough water for the soup ( your desire quantity of water) and allow to cook
  4. Then pour your red oil , your Achi ( thickener ) or you can use coco yam to thickening your soup
  5. Stir all together and allow to cook, you will notice your soup is thick, stir continuously to prevent it from burning
  6. Add seasoning and salt to taste, crayfish and dry fish and allow to cook for 3-5mins
  7. Then add your bitter leaf and leave for 2 mins, your meal is ready
