- Tomato, scotch bonnet, bell pepper and onion

- Vegetable oil
- 2 Tablespoon
- Seasoning
- 1 Tablespoon
- Curry powder
- 1 Tablespoon
- Thyme
- 1 Teaspoon
- Salt
Wash and boil tomato, scotch bonnet, bell pepper and onion, cook for 15 mins and blend.
Wash beef cuts, add seasoning cube, salt, thyme, bay leaf and cook for 30 mins till it’s properly cooked.
In a pan add some vegetable oil and fry the cooked meat,take out the meat from the oil and add the chopped onion, garlic and ginger , fry and add your tomato pepper mix.
Cook for 15 mins till you can see the oil floating on top, add your seasoning cube, curry powder and thyme and some salt and the fried meat.
Cook for 5 mins and your stew is ready
- Wash and boil tomato, scotch bonnet, bell pepper and onion, cook for 15 mins and blend.
- Wash beef cut, season with salt, blended scotch bonnet, seasoning cube, chopped onions, thyme and some salt
- Fry the boiled beef
- Fry onion, garlic and ginger and add the tomato mixture
- Add spices and seasoning
- Add fried meat and cook for 5mins
