Beans salad which could be also referred to as Nigerian beans salad is a vegan salad which could also be adopted by non vegans , it’s a blend of pulse, veggies,spices and fat.
- Wash and clean measured beans
- Bring to a boil on medium heat
- Wash and prep (slice) lettuce and cabbage
- Slice cabbage
- Slice lettuce
- Allow beans cook till tender
- In a bowl , add in boiled beans
- Add cabbage in the bowl
- Add lettuce , black Cameroon pepper, mayonnaise ,pepper.
- Toss the salad thoroughly with a spoon
- Until a homogenous cream state is gotten
