Separate the chaff from the beans
Rinse the beans thoroughly and put in a pot
Place the pot on fire and in some water and o parboil the beans
While the beans is cooking, peal the and cut the yam into cube size
Sieve the water from the beans and rinse the beans thoroughly after parboiling
Return the beans back on fire, put in the cube yam.
Add water, sliced onions and salt
Make sure the water you put is enough to soften both the beans and the yam
Blend tomatoes, pepper and onions & fish together
Put your oil on fire and add in your blended tomatoes, pepper and onions
Add in your seasoning cubes and salt
Allow it to fry for 20 minutes on low heat
Your beans and yam with sauce is ready to serve
