Pick the beans and wash it
Put the picked beans in a pan and add in some boiling water, cover and allow to cook for 30 minutes
While the beans is cooking, peel and dice your potatoes into cubes
Then drain away the water from the beans, add in the chopped potatoes, fresh boiling water, onions, scotch bonnet, seasoning cubes, salt and cover the pot and allow everything to cook for 15 minutes
After 15 minutes, add in the palm oil and cover for 5 minutes
Then stir the beans till everything is well combined and turn off the heat
