Beans and plantain

Beans porridge served with fried diced plantain

  1. Put a clean water in a pot to cook the beans.
  2. While the water is heating up, wash your already picked beans 2-3 times and add to the boiling water.
  3. Add some sliced onions and cover up the pot, leave to cook for about 30-45 minutes.
  4. In another pot, heat up palm oil add sliced/chopped onoins, add your blended pepper, crayfish, fish and pomo(optional), seasoning cube, salt to taste and leave to cook up for 3-5 minutes and set aside.
  5. Add the sauce to your beans when confirmed soft, mix together and your beans porridge is ready
  6. Dice your ripe plantain and deep fry.
