Beans and fish stew is a healthy type of meal to eat, as it contains the right nutrients for the body.
- 1. Pick, rinse and boil your beans.
- 2. Boil till it's soft and we'll cooked and set aside
- 3. Get your pepper mix ready after blending.
- 4. In a pot, pour in your palm oil, allow to heat up, then add your diced onion, crayfish, tomato paste, curry and thyme, stir and allow to fry.
- 5. Pour in your pepper mix, add your salt and seasoning, little water and allow to fry well. Before all this your boiled or not so fried fish should be ready.
- 6. When the stew is almost done pour in your fish and mix well leave to cook for 2 to 3 mins.
- 7. Once done serve your beans and fish stew, dinner is ready!
