Beans and fish stew

Beans and fish stew is a healthy type of meal to eat, as it contains the right nutrients for the body.

  1. 1. Pick, rinse and boil your beans.
  2. 2. Boil till it's soft and we'll cooked and set aside
  3. 3. Get your pepper mix ready after blending.
  4. 4. In a pot, pour in your palm oil, allow to heat up, then add your diced onion, crayfish, tomato paste, curry and thyme, stir and allow to fry.
  5. 5. Pour in your pepper mix, add your salt and seasoning, little water and allow to fry well. Before all this your boiled or not so fried fish should be ready.
  6. 6. When the stew is almost done pour in your fish and mix well leave to cook for 2 to 3 mins.
  7. 7. Once done serve your beans and fish stew, dinner is ready!
