- Beans
- Soak beans and remove the husk
- Mill the beans wet using blender or hand
- Place beans paste in a mixing bowl
- Beat with a wooden spoon until the mixture is light and fluffy
- Add water gradually and continue mixing until dropping consistency is achieve
- Add the blended onion, pepper and salt to taste
- Beat again to incorporate more air
- Heat the oil
- Fry the mixture in spoonful in the hot oil till golden brown
- Remove from oil and enjoy!
