Banga soup

Banga soup is also known as palm nut soup. It is made from palm cream or palm nut base … it is common in Nigeria , Ghana or Ivory Coast .

  1. Firstly prepare your ingredients for the soup
  2. Next , cook your meats, stock fish , kpomo till soft
  3. On another pot pour your palm fruit extract and cook,
  4. Once it’s thickens, add your meat, stock fish, kpomo, fry fish and stir all together and allow to cook
  5. Add your spices , seasoning, pepper, salt to taste , crayfish and allow to boil very well
  6. Then add your scent leaf or any other leaf of your choice and leave about 2-3 mins to cook
  7. Your meal is ready
