- Boil water. Dip the gurasa bread in boiled water, take out and keep aside.
- In a separate bowl, mix kulikuli, pepper, seasoning cubes, ginger powder, and set aside
- Apply oil on the soaked gurasa the coat with the kulikuli mixture.
- Repeat for the remaining gurasa untill it's all fully coated.
- Put the coated gurasa in a steaming pot and steam for 10 to 15mins.
- Serve and garnish with the chopped tomatoes, onions and cucumbers.
- Pair with tea, coffee or any drink of choice.
