BANANA OATS SMOOTHIE

This is a very healthy smoothie option you can use for breakfast.

  1. In a blender add 1/4 of oats.

  2. Wash your bananas, peel 2 bananas and add that to the blender.

  3. Go in with your greek yoghurt ,sweetened or unsweetened it depends on your preference.

  4. Cover the blender tightly and blend away, blend till its perfectly smooth.

  6. Garnish with some coconut flakes , add a straw and enjoy.
