THIS BANANA AND MANGO SMOOTHIE IS A MUST TRY AND A VERY GOOD BREAKFAST OPTION FOR THE FIT FAM GANG. MANGO IS VERY RICH IN VITAMIN C & A WHILE BANANA IS RICH IN POTASSIUM AND MAGNESIUM. BANANA SUPPORTS DIGESTIVE HEALTH AND A GOOD OPTION FOR PEOPLE WHO ARE AIMING TO LOOSE WEIGHT.
- prepare your mangos by peeling off the back to show the soft yellow part, remove the seed and slice out the fleshy part. Then introduce that into your blender.
- Peel off your bananas and add that to a blender too.
- Then add some sweetened yogurt, it could be plain or flavoured yoghurt. Here I used a strawberry flavoured yoghurt.
- Blend smoothly into a puree
- Add some ice into a glass and serve, You can also blend together with the ice , if you blend with ice then skip this part and go ahead to serve.
- Put in your straw and enjoy the sweetness!
