BANANA MANGO SMOOTHIE

THIS BANANA AND MANGO SMOOTHIE IS A MUST TRY AND A VERY GOOD BREAKFAST OPTION FOR THE FIT FAM GANG. MANGO IS VERY RICH IN VITAMIN C & A  WHILE BANANA IS RICH IN POTASSIUM AND MAGNESIUM. BANANA SUPPORTS DIGESTIVE HEALTH AND A GOOD OPTION FOR PEOPLE WHO ARE AIMING TO LOOSE WEIGHT.

  1. prepare your mangos by peeling off the back to show the soft yellow part, remove the seed and slice out the fleshy part. Then introduce that into your blender.

  2. Peel off your bananas and add that to a blender too.

  3. Then add some sweetened yogurt, it could be plain or flavoured yoghurt. Here I used a strawberry flavoured yoghurt.

  5. Add some ice into a glass and serve, You can also blend together with the ice , if you blend with ice then skip this part and go ahead to serve.
