AYAMASE SAUCE

Ayamase sauce aka designer stew is made of palm oil bell peppers, fermented locust beans. This particular recipe is a sapalicious recipe made with just 1ooo naira. let’s get cooking…

  1. I got this green habanero peppers for 150 Naira

  2. Got the onions for 50 naira and the shombo (child pepper) for 100 naira, ensure you remove the seed from the shombo

  3. I got this Titus fish for 500 naira , then I seasoned with some fish spice and seasoning cubes.

  4. Was your peppers into the blender and blend roughly

  5. In your pan go in with some bleached palm oil

  7. Allow to cook till the oil starts floating on the peppers

  8. Then go in with some seasoning cubes, fish seasoning and some salt.
