Ata gigun sauce ( dry chilli pepper)

A cheap, delicious sauce made with palm oil, chilli pepper and onions

  1. Put palm oil on fire and allow it to bleach
  2. After it's done bleaching, off the heat and allow the oil to cool down. Slice down the onions
  3. Put the oil back on fire and allow it to heat up
  4. Add in the sliced onions and fry for 5 minutes
  5. Then add in the ata gigun, blended crayfish, seasoning powder and salt and mix
  6. Allow this to fry for another 5 minutes. Your ata gigun sauce is ready
