- Ata gigun (dry chilli pepper)
- 1 Large
- onions
- 1 Cup
- Palm oil
- 1 Teaspoon
- Seasoning powder
- 1 Teaspoon
- Blended crayfish
- 1/2 Teaspoon
- Salt
- Put palm oil on fire and allow it to bleach
- After it's done bleaching, off the heat and allow the oil to cool down. Slice down the onions
- Put the oil back on fire and allow it to heat up
- Add in the sliced onions and fry for 5 minutes
- Then add in the ata gigun, blended crayfish, seasoning powder and salt and mix
- Allow this to fry for another 5 minutes. Your ata gigun sauce is ready
