- Beef and smoked stock fish.
Amala, Gbegiri and Ewedu also known as Amala and Abula is a Nigerian delicious delicacy, Common among the people of western part of the country.
- Wash meat , pour into a clean pot, add salt and seasoning and boil till tender.Wash fresh pepper, tomatoes and onions and blend together smoothly.
- Pour into a clean pot and place on fire, allow to boil till water dried off.
- Put 2 cooking spoon of palm oil and fry,add salt and maggi to taste,
- Add cooked meat, and meat stock and stir together.
- Add washed smoked stock fish, salt and maggi to taste and stir all together and set aside.
- Add 2glass cup of water into a clean pot, add washed beans and allow to boil till soften.
- Once beans is soften, Transfer into a blender or whisk with local broom.
- Pour into a clean bowl, wash the pot and place on fire.
- Add two cooking spoon of palm oil, add blended pepper and onion and fry.
- Add salt and maggi to taste, pour blended or whisk beans into the fried pepper and stir together. Allow to rest on fire for few minutes and set aside.
- Place clean pot on fire,add 2 cups of water, allow to boil and add shredded jute leave.
- Allow to cook till soften, Transfer into a blender and blend or whisk with local broom meant for jute leave.
- If blended, transfer back into pot add salt and maggi to taste, allow to cook for few minutes and set aside.
- Place clean pot on fire add two cups of water and allow to boil.
- Once the water has boiled,add yam flour gradually and stir with turning stick.
- Continue stirring till desire texture has been achieved.
- Allow to rest for few minutes and stir together.
- Wrap up bit by bit in a clean Nylon.
- For the serving unwrap one wrap of Amala into a plate, add cooked jute leave, Gbegiri, fish meat and stew.
