- Pick your pigeon pea pour in a pot with water and bring to a boil then put it back on fire with adequate water that can cook till tender
- Wash your ground achicha and put in white Santana nylons and put in the boiling pot of already parboiled pigeon pea
- While this is cooking prep your plenty onions and pepper
- Once the pigeon pea and achicha are down bring down
- In a clean pot add your red oil till it heats then your onions pepper maggi and salt
- Begin to add in pigeon pea and achicha in portions stir till the ingredients have been turned properly
- Do this on very low heat cover for some seconds
- Serve and enjoy
